Santana Paving and Grading, Inc, was founded in 2007 by Santana Noble as a family-owned and operated paving company based locally in Santa Cruz, California.

With family roots in Santa Cruz County dating back 75 years and a passion for construction and infrastructure, Santana set out to create a Santa Cruz area paving company whose number one goal was customer satisfaction. The company quickly expanded through word of mouth and recommendations from satisfied customers.
